Terms and conditions

- Frenzy Booth agrees to take and print as many photos as reasonably possible during the event

- The client agrees to pay the initial deposit to reserve their date; cancellation will result in loss of deposit

- The client agrees to pay the balance due no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event

- The client will be responsible for any damage done to the Frenzy Booth by any of the client's guests

- The client agrees to provide a suitable location for the Frenzy Booth, min space needed is 10 x 10 with access to a standard electrical outlet no more than 12 feet away

- If the event is outdoors and there is a possibility of inclement weather, covered shelter is required

- Liability of Frenzy Booth shall not exceed the contract price

- Set up/breakdown is not part of your rental time. Please allow 30 to 45 minutes to install and uninstall the Frenzy Booth.

- Frenzy Booth reserves the right to use any photos or videos for promotional use

- Delivery and set up within 50 km from Montreal. Outside this area, slight delivery fees may apply. Contact us for an estimate.
